Anyone know how to make a tatoo? i dnt want a henna one either, and i dnt want to burn myself or use a needle?

Permenant tatoos use needles to drive ink into the lower layer of your skin, the dermis (below the epidermis). Anything which does not go down that far will be a temporary tatoo, and you can just get some nice transfers.

the only way to get a tattoo is with a needle, branding, burning, or just washable ink (henna or washable) those are the only ways to get a tattoo.
