• I'm thinking of studying Graphic Designing, but I want to know more about it. I've heard that there are different types of graphic designing, what types are there? What sort of skills and talents do graphic designers have? About how do they get paid? How do I know if I'll enjoy it? Oh, and what are some great places to study graphic designing?

  Graphic design is the skill/ability to portray and communicate a message to a group of people. Theres a lot of different types of graphic design from typography which is the making of fonts, photography can be considered one, and much more. Graphic designers can have a wide range of skills, it just depends on which field you go into. However they all need to understand the basic fundamentals of art (like line,shape,texture,scale,etc.) Your pay depends whether or not your a freelancer or if you work in a design firm. you'll never know if you'll enjoy it unless you try it Its a fun field to be in, very creative too.
