What is the best tool for painting in Photoshop?

How can I become good at digital painting with photoshop?

I think im pretty decent at traditional drawing, heres some of my stuff: http://fav.me/d4l5nr9 http://fav.me/d4abhvj so how long would it take for me to get skilled in digital painting? i have Paint Tool Sair and Photoshop CS3. are these programs good enough to produce works like this? http://fav.me/d3ktw3i

Just keep at it. it took me round a month or so< and i used it almost everyday. I think u have a talent, display ur art online, or at an art show or something, u'll be discovered. Hope i was somewhat of a help :)
