Best program for the digital scrapbook?

Idieas for Digital Scrapbook about stages of development?

• I'm doing a project for my High School AP PSychology class about the stages of biopsychosocial development in humans (meaning-how the children develops physically, psychologically and socially) and I need to create some kind of scrapbook with a few pictures per page and mainly filled with text explaining the story behind the picture and then explaining the stage of development. I have been looking for some scrapbooking software but I can't find a good one for this purpose, since those that are most used are mainly for weddings or birthday and all those kind of things. Does anybody know of a good program or website that has scrapbooks outlines that might be good for these things?

  personally I think word works perfect. Just copy and paste the picture into word and place the picture where you want with text where you want as well. Everything can be adjusted from font to picture size. You can also save in PDF and submit an ecopy to your teacher as well if you like.
