How to make the 3d version of washi ningyo dolls?

I want to make the little version of the 3d dolls. I want to know how to make the head and what cloth should you use. Ive looked at wikipedia, ehow, and many other how to websites and i still cannot find how to make these little dolls. There are also no books at my library where i live at and so i cannot find any books on how to make these dolls. I want to make them something like this.... http://www.etsy.com/listing/33176501/basic-3d-washi-ningyo-e-book-japanese what i would really like to know how to make is the head, how to fold the paper to make the cloths, and how to glue everything together. Any information would be provided. I found a website that sells the kit but my mom will not let me by anything from the internet. Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i really want to make these beutiful dolls for a christmas present.
