Can you make jewelry molds out of polymer clay?

I know you can make jewelry with metal/art clay but what type of clay can i make jewelry molds for my jewelery? Can i use polymer clay? Metal/Art clay has to be heated with kiln or torch so what can clay can i use for jewelry molds?

Answer:
The feature of PMC (precious metal clay) is that it is very thick and can be molded by hand and small tools yet makes metal when heated red hot or hotter. You normally don't use a mold and if you do you take it out before firing. But in mold firing means you can't use polymer clay which is plastic and burns like paper far below the firing temp of PMC, you would have to use earth clay

well i have polymer clay and if you make a charm then you will have to put in an eye pin before u bake it then well u bake it then u put a jump ring then a chain for a necklace and tah-dah!!! ♥ :)
