What should I make my mold out of, for my paper mache project?
-
I have to make a sculpture out of somebody for my History class, and I chose to do Taylor Swift. We are allowed to use any type of material. I decided to do it out of paper mache. This is the first time that I am working with paper mache, I've researched and bought all of my materials. I just need help with the mold. Our sculpture just has to be the head up to the shoulders. I was thinking of using a balloon for the head but then I realized it might be too round? I went to Michaels and one of the workers also suggested chicken wire. I have about a month to finish this project, can somebody give me any ideas on what I should do?

Answer:
no! a balloon would be perfect! yeah, you would be able to pop it. just get a pin or somethin really really sharp and stab it through a point which is unnoticeable =)
