Origami star with a rose in the centre?
-
Hi, my girlfriend wanted me to make her some origami stars that have a rose like thing in the centre, it apparently looks like one of the ' lucky stars ' that you fold from a strip of paper, but has a swirly pattern in the centre, could anyone send me the instructions ?? I have been looking for a long time, thank you !

Answer:
Maybe your friend means <Froebel Stars>, also known as German star, Swedish star, Polish star, Danish star, Pennsylvanian star, Advent star and Moravian Star. http://highhopes.com/3dstar.html Or was she thinking about stars made from <curler units>? http://www.britishorigami.info/academic/curler.php
