Laser glass etching with color backfill?

  • I need a make and model of a machine that is capable of laser etching into glass and also adding a color backfill into the etch.

As this http://www.epiloglaser.com/glass_engraving.htm makes clear, laser etching is very shallow and produces a white frosted effect there is no depth which you can back fill. The best you might be able to do would be an ink that attached to the frosted surface and would not be very durable. If you need color, you need to consider silk screening enamels on to the glass and firing them to adhere the enamel - like is done with some beer bottles and most commemorative mugs.
