Should I sell origami?

Making things out of origami has recently become a hobby of mine and I've made a lot of swans and cranes with the origami paper I bought. I was hoping to make a little extra cash and thought it would be a good idea to sell cranes or swans. However, I do have a lot of questions about it. First and foremost, is it legal? I was just reading about a copyright but "traditional" designs are okay to sell? Second, how much money should I charge for X number of cranes or swans? Third, where should I sell these? The problem with this is the fact they are simple designs that you can get free on the internet to make yourself. The only way you will manage to sell these is decorating them and personalising them. Also make sure you use quality paper not just stuff you find lying around! People don't want to buy something their kid could have made. Another idea is to make up your own origami patterns, and try with other crafts too (and other materials) You could TRY selling on ebay, amazon etc but you are likely to pay a fee and not sell anything unless it is REALLY GOOD I would however suggest a boot fair, or jumble sale, or simply a stall in front of your home, or selling to friends/family. If you do BESPOKE (personalised) ones then word would get out quicker, cause nobody wants a craft done like a factory! Again do try to do something other than swans and cranes because they are way too overdone, unless very well decorated and designed GoodLuck
