Where can i get a custom made figure/statue?

I'm looking for a site that lets you order a single custom made PVC figure similar to this http://www.tradevv.com/chinasuppliers/kevintrade_p_43a56/china-1-6-Succubus-Sylvia-Pre-painted-resin-figure.html Does anyone know a site that will let you send them a picture or 2 and they would create a figure or statue from that?, also telling you how much it would cost? i've looked but can't find anywhere. Thanks.

$200? $400? $800? You are asking for a sculpture, which being PVC plastic would be done in polymer clay. And take at least several hours work by a skilled artist. And that is not a simple sculpture. And rather grotesque. That site appears to sell singles no minimum - why not contact them?
