What is plaster of paris?

What can i use to stick plaster of paris to plaster of paris?

• hi i am making a project out of plaster of paris and i have big tile shapes of plaster about 10 inch x 10 inch x 1/5 inch and i need to stick some smaller shapes onto the big one but dont know what glues will hold.

  If both are dry, then silicone adhesive E6000 or GOOP will work nicely. Wet plaster will stick to set plaster if the set plaster is dampened/wetted before adding the wet, so you could fasten dry to dry by wetting them both and mix new plaster to make a bonding layer.
