Rosemary pretty well nailed it for a position like that. It's mostly an admin assistant position so you get admin assistant pay. I pay a fully qualified PA, who also gets to do the admin stuff, $10.00/hr for the admin time, $20.00/hr post process time and $40.00/hr on a shoot. However, that is for a person that I can describe what I want vis a vis lighting, set prep, etc., and it will get done. They are photographers in their own right and also work their own freelance stuff. I don't have to tell them how to do something, just what I want done. They don't make a lot of money. At least, not off me. I don't use one full time because I don't have the type of business that requires or would support that. Figure somewhere in the range of $24,000, plus or minus, full time for most PA's. It's variable. Vance
