How do I make a memorial picture/logo?

How can I make a photo memorial?

• Does anyone know how I can make a memorial frame that I can put a photo in and use it outdoors, I want to make one for my brother's photo, to put on his grave, something that weather won't damage. Thank you very much!

  You can use a standard plastic frame from any store. Lacquer the image to a sheet of plexiglass sized for the frame. Coat the image multiple times.. Eventually the sun will fade the image and yellow the lacquer. Anything else will be more expensive (like engraving) but if you spend an afternoon and prepare a few photos you can replace them when they start to get funky. Good luck in your search.
