How to make my own Digital Picture Frame?

I have two broken laptop and I am thinking of converting them to Digital Picture Frame. Anyone know site/link or instruction on how to make them?

I don't know how to make a digital photo frame, but I know of a website with cool digital photo frame designs you can put over your photos. Try www.instantimagers.com. I use the digital designs over my photos in my photo frames. It's pretty cool. Really makes my photos look more exciting. I even use them in regular photo frames by printing the designs on my printer and cutting out the middle part. I know this doesn't answer your question, but thought you might be interested in this site.

no dont know how and dont know if it is possible, besides i think it would be loads cheaper just to buy one.
