How to open "rdf" files?

How do I open RAW files in photoshop?

• I actually use photo explosion Deluxe 4.0, which is just the same as photoshop, with all the same features, and claims it supports RAW files. Today I shot RAW for the first time after reading the benefits of it, and each time I try to open the picture in photo explosion, it first only opens a long white rectangle, then when I open the picture again on top of that, it only displays a small portion of the picture. I downloaded A file reader for RAW files, thinking the problem might be with my computer. I could clearly see the thumbnails of the files in the program, but when I tried to open them, they still just displayed the small portion. I use a canon rebel t1i. Can anyone help me?

Now, without needing to spend a dime, you can download the free DNG converter from Adobe. Your program may be able to convert DNG files.
