How can i create this photo effect online?( photo included)?

    Not sure what 'effect' you want, exactly. I don't like flickr. I use something called 'picasa' which is a google free download photo-album programme. I really like picasa and because of it, I use two email addresses, yahoo for mail and gmail for sending photos through the Net. These are the things I like about it. Lets you send 40 snap in one letter and not as attachments either. The snaps are in the body of the letter and you see them as soon as you open the gmail. Gets rid of red-eye. Lets you 'crop' a photo. adjust focus and lighting. Zoom in and Zoom out. makes great photo-album combos. Dead easy Gift CD making. Identifies and makes faces collection. Hijacks every single photo that appears on Desktop and makes new folders of them in picasa. Download px either into a desktop folder or directly into picasa. Go to google and write 'picasa free download' in the ask line.
