Whats a web site where i can do fun things with pictures?

  • i need a website to do fun things with pictures like maybe add frames to the picture. and really make the pictures look nice , please dont say blingee , i tried that , i need a site where i can print the picture and it still looks nice blingee the pic looks nice with the glitter but the glitter does not work anymore when u print it ...     picasa.. free and easy..it puts all ur pics automatically thereu can crop cut out ppl from the image decorate right but pictures together make collages and u can do alot of fun things i think u will like it <3
