  Most of what is there is tracking(moving the camera), not paining(rotating the camera). There are many different ways of doing that. You can just move it manually, if you have a steady hand, put the camera on tracks (the pro way) or put it on a skateboard or some makeshift wheel thing (the easy way). many people make little tripods or stands with skateboard wheels on the bottom, they work just great. here's a do-it-yourself site I found for you that will do just that, but it might be hard to do on dirt and leaves like in the video, the probably had tracks.
