How does Low income apartments work?

Does anyone have an idea as to how much to charge a client for web-quality photographs of apartments?

• Hi. I've a question regarding how much to charge for photographs. Recently, while searching online for a new apartment, I became frustrated with the lack of photos for some apartments, and, on a whim, fired off an email to one website indicating that I'd be willing to take photos for their website. My intent being to supplement my main income with part-time work. To my surprise, I received a reply, as well as a subsequent favorable response to photos I'd already taken of apartments during my search. It was indicated that I may be contacted for future work. So, now I need to figure out how much to charge. My thinking was: (1) That I'd provide the client with a minimum of 5 photos, maxium 20 per apartment. (2) The photos are delivered as a group, not individually. (3) The client pays for delivery - not usuage, as I've no way of 100% verifying that. (4) The client owns the photos delivered. (5) My fee would be somewhere around $25-30 per apartment. I'd would definitely have a serious discussion with the client about other details. I'd really just like to know if my planned fee is too small or too large. FYI - if this helps answer my question - I only intend to do this for a couple of months, just to help me out financially. I've no intention of making a long-term career out of this. I'm also mindful that the client is in the same boat, so I don't mind keeping my fee low (though I'm unsure if it's too low or not). I figure a low fee may generate more work in the long run. As for expertise, I'm basically a guy with a digital camera (Canon PowerShot A550). I'm not a photographer, but I believe my experience as a graphic designer gives me an edge over a complete beginner - I have a "good eye".   Use Time and Material Basis to Estimate, for example if your time is worth $20/HR then add material and go from there. Don't forget your time on the computer or whatever.
