Printing Creative Commons pictures?

I found some Creative Commons licensed pictures on flickr, and I wanted to download a few and send them to a photolab/snapfish to get professionally printed so I could decorate my room.. is this legal? I would not sell the pictures or use them commercially in any way. Just decorating my walls. Here's an example of a photo I'd like to use. as you can see, it says "no known copyright restriction" http://www.flickr.com/photos/smithsonian/5243824840/in/set-72157625430188743

Yes, it says no known copyright restriction. If the photo lab asks where you got the picture, tell them or print out the page.
