How to avoid multiple print in screen?

How do I screen capture a picture of a video? Print Screen doesn't work!?

  • On my birthday yesterday I went hang gliding! It was totally AWSOME and I got a DVD video of the entire thing. I want to get a screen capture (picture) from the video to send to my family back home. However, when I try doing a "print screen" and then paste it into either word or paint it doesn't work!!!! When I close the video, the image goes to a black screen. I haven't tried to actually physically print it out (and possibly scan it back in?) Also, when I try to SAVE the file (as jpg) it goes to a black screen. Any ideas!???? THANKS! Want to share my birthday craziness with my family. THANKS!!! Also - I already tried this answer from someone else's post: "Take the video out of full screen mode, and when it gets to the frame you want to capture press 'Alt-PrtScr' (alt-printScreen). Run STart / Run / MSPaint, choose Edit / Paste, when prompted to enlarge size choose Yes. Either save the file as is to a bitmap or jpg, or select the section of the image you want (effectively cropping the rest of the image out) and select Edit / Copy To, enter the file name and select the folder. You could also Pause the video in the frame you want to capture if you need an exact frame, then do the above."

  • Answer:

    1) Go to Control Panel, click on Display 2) Then click on Settings Tab 3) Then click on Troubleshoot button 4) Then hit advanced button 5) Then click on Troubleshoot Tab 6) Then set the Hardware acceleration to NONE. 7) Click ok until the display properties is closed. 8) Then run the vide file 9) Do copy and Paste the video clip u want Believe me it works

If you're using Media Player Classic (get it from http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Media_Player_Classic.htm its free). Place the part of the movie you want pictured, go to File > Save Image. Ta da you have your image, not a penny spent.

Use CyberLink to broadcast your DVD video, there is a funcion button called capture the video picture or something. It is an easy way to get the problem done.

1 You can look to see if you have a player on your computer or on a disc that came with either your mother board or your video card or maybe even your optical player. This player may allow you to do a photo capture on. You would know because there would be a button the window of the player. It would look like a camera. 2 Try Video snapshot Wizard 2.0 http://www.brothersoft.com/video-snapshot-wizard-112075.html
