How do I resize a small image into a large image without losing quality?

Answer:
If you have a scanner you can resize it to 300 or 600 dpi. You might need to edit it to remove blemishes though.

you can't. thats like trying to take the water from a small glass that is full and put it into a big glass but still keep the glass full..You can't increase the number of pixels without making the picture fuzzy.

That can not be done. You will always lose quality, when resizing a bitmap. However, you can convert your picture into a vector image and then resize it losslessly. Some sites offer a few free conversions: http://vectormagic.com/home

I'm afraid you are limited to the amount of pixels in the original image.
