How do you download a Flickr photo?

Can somebody photoshop the distractions out of this photo for me?

This photo was taken by my good friend and I was wondering if anybody could please help me out by photoshopping out everybody else in the photo except the girl in the center. There's people by the road, two girls to the left of the subject, and a few on the right. I don't know how to photoshop and it seems like a simple project for an experienced photoshopper.
