Well for like airbrushing and stuff, you can go to picnik.com but it's closing April 19th. All of the premium stuff is free though, so you can have until then! As for changing backgrounds, I'm pretty sure no site lets you. You'd have to get photoshop.

Have you ever heard the expression "You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear" ? Get good photos to begin with - get them in front of a proper background, well exposed, well composed, good hair and make up. All the editing in the world can't fix these things if they're done badly or wrong. If you want to be a model understand you need real portfolio pictures, not something you cooked up on a free site.
