How can i become a model ?

i'm 15 years old and i'm only 5'2 but i'm not looking to be a runway model i would rather be a beauty model or commercial model. i've been to LA and NYC and i couldn't find anywhere to go, i am signed with exxcel model and talent right now but there never is any auditions or anything. so lets say i went to NYC or LA again, what would i have to look into to start modeling, this is my dream to become a model and i would do anything and everything to be one. i'm also really skinny like 90 pounds. any ideas?

You can take some nice pictures of yours (amateur is okay) and contact some modelling agencies in your area. They may conduct few tests (e.g:- screen test) and may ask to proceed for a portfolio. Then you can go for a portfolio shooting with a photographer.
