How can i make a digital video n where can i get the resources?

  • how can i make a digital video n where can i get the resources? i m a r&b singer...im plannin to make low budget digital videos for my songs n upload em on the internet for free download.for one of my songs i was thinking of using places in iceland(like the mountains,iceberg near by,geyser etc) n the moon as the background for it...can some one help me out with it....i can arrange for a decent cam n a studio....but the background should be digitalised to make the video appropriate for the song.where can i download these digital videos or themes to make my video..n do brief me abt the procedure.plz help
