Best schools for Fashion Photography?

What are your opinions on these photography schools?

  • i just graduated high school and want to pursue my dream in photography (i want to be a fashion photographer but i don't want to be limited to just one type of photography). i have two schools in mind: san francisco school of art and brooks institute of photography in santa barbara. i just want various opinions on which school would benefit me more. i have considered both because i have already been pre-approved for brooks, but i rather go to san francisco since it is closer to where i live and i just love san francisco in general. i know these schools are pricey (most art schools are) but i think i can manage. anyways, i would love your inputs on what you think.

    brooks institute of photography in santa barbara. gets my vote.. look at RIT as well and remember to do the business classes offered and pay attention to them.. wish I had done that part better where I went to college.. or they had done better then two weeks of it..

Brooks Ask which of the two schools helps you find a job after graduation. Do they teach you the business of art as well. Many if not most fail greatly to teach the new artist how to make a living at his or her art. Choose the school which also helps you make good industry connection by letting students from different department interact and work together. Those are the connection and people you later will work for or with. Good luck
