How can i get a job as a cameraman working for the discovery channel?

    i think a lot of the shows are not made by the discovery channel but bought by them. you should find contact with the production companies that actually make the stuff you like, like the bbc.

You'll have to show up with a pretty impressive resume before you get hired. If you have that then contact them and ask. Since you asked this question, I'll assume you don't. In that case, forget it for a moment. Find work that will pay now. Learn as much as you can and get loads of experience. Once you have loads of jobs under you're belt, and (with any luck and alot of pushing and making friends and contacting the right people) a coule of outsatnding jobs, contact them and they'll be likely to take you.
