How can I put pictures into my e-mail instead of using attachments?

Anyone here have a sample collage using Photoshop CS that they can show me to how to put pictures together?

I am having problem putting pictures together using Photoshop CS. Anything that u did for collage (something that u scan pictures and put them together) like adding random images together. If u have those photoshop files, plz send to my email thx. My email is [email protected]

You can take a look at these photos that I did, one has 8 pictures plus text and the other has about 40 plus pictures. I did this buy using Photoshop CS and then just dragging them over to my original print and just fitting them to the aarea I wanted.
