    Samyang 8mm f/3.5 for Canon (about $300 on ebay and this is very cheap for this type of lens). This lens is simply amazing. It's well built and extremely sharp. The distortion is corrected in a special way (most people prefer this) than other fisheye lens but it does give a huge field of view. The only drawback is that it's all manual (no electronics to camera, aperture and focus is all manual) but you don't need to focus with a fisheye, just set it at 1.5 meters and everything will be in focus. For other effects, you could check lens baby (cheap tilt shift) or tilt shift lenses (1500$, pretty expensive).
