How can you edit pictures?

How can you edit your pictures and like put a Mickey mouse face over your face?

  • It's really cool, and I've been wondering what website you can edit your pictures like that. Like, the original Mickey mouse face, you can put it over your face on your picture and the mickey mouse face would be YOUR face. Any websites for this cool photo editor?

If you need/want more features downloading GIMP is a great options. Still free, but you have to download the software. There are also free tools to add text blurbs, to make collages, to put your photo into other images.
