How to remove watermark on an image?

There is something inside a store I want, but I don't want to pay for it. There is a big lock on the door. Is there some way to remove the lock from the door without ruining the door, (or making an alarm go off, or causing me to go to jail)? That is exactly what you are asking. The watermark is there so people will not STEAL the photo and use it without permission and without PAYING for it, ... like you are trying to do. Then to make matters worse, you come to a forum full of photographers and expect them to happily tell you how to remove the watermark so you can STEAL some other photographer's work. Whew.... the word clueless does not even begin to describe you. Have you never heard of the word COPYRIGHT? Do you know you can be fined over THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS for stealing and using someone else's photo like you are wanting to do? steve ADD: @ THANOS, .... you are an absolute idiot. The ONLY MP3s I have ever downloaded were ones I PAID for from iTunes on my paid for Apple computer. I have never downloaded a movie. If I want a movie, I BUY the DVD. PDF files are typically never anything that cost money, and if it is something that requires payment... I PAY FOR IT. I realize that actually paying for things is obviously a foreign concept to you, but that does not mean everyone else on Earth is a brat thief like you. Yes, I also have not one single program on my computer that is not a fully licensed and bought legal version, including Adobe Photoshop. Finally, I have been paying taxes since my first job in 1974... yeah... since before you were even a stain on a bed sheet. Go spew your ignorant babble somewhere else. I think you are missing the point here.... the watermark is there so that this photographer's intellectual property isn't abused.

I'm sorry to say, but the watermark is there so you CAN'T use it without it there. The point is, either the artist does not want you using it, or wants you to pay to use it. Either way, I think it would be better if you used the picture with the watermark, since it's giving credit to the artist, or don't use it at all. No software can take of a watermark for you, you'd actually have to physically do it yourself, and that would be far to much work just for a report. I guess you're on your own, sorry!

Is it my fault there is unemployment? Should i not try and do things I love, and indulge in entertainment and mere personal work? I Imagine these luxuries you can afford to have, and its immoral for you to download CS5, or the new Scorsese movies....Where Adobe is a rich and powerful company and Martin has a reign of 30 years on his back. Adobe will get the money it has too via retail and design companies, and retouchers etc. Martin will get his via the Production Company which will get their money from advertsiments. Its called economy...its been like this for ever...You think 1000000 people downloading CS5 gonna stop Adobe from being rich or making CS6? You think 1000000 people downloading Hugo will steal Scorsese's Cash... And even if they do...Oh dear me....how terrible to steal from the rich. Don't ever read Robin Hood to your child...Don't teach him about virtue either...maybe bending over to the wills of your corporate masters....
