-
I find when doing stain glass painting [ not the traditional lead soldering way] the out liner [ acrylic based ] peels off easily when scrubbed or pulled at one end and it comes all the way .applying lacquer over a stain glass painting can fix the problem ?

Answer:
Those kits you use to fake a stained glass window look, aren't made to be scrubbed real hard .Just use a sponge and very gently at that. Also the glass before you start, should be ultra clean with no residue on it at all And windex can leave a residue so finish off with very hot water and let dry thoroughly before using those kits.
