Picasso , though highly over-rated as an innovator in art, was very creative and he used anything and everything he laid his hands on to create art. On his death bed he took an X-ray from his doctor's hands and made a work of art out of it with a grease pencil.

one of my favorites is assemblage, like the bull he did. suppose it was very modern at his time to put different things together thus making art instead of doing painting, sculpture or even collage. he also did pottery and posters, and costumes for theater. guess diversity was his middle name
