How do I save a picture as a jpeg in corel painter essentials 4, and keep the textured brush strokes?
-
When ever i try and save a picture I used the paint brush tool to color, in coral, you can see the brush stroke effect, its nice looking, and helps make the picture look 3d. But when I save the picture as a jpeg file, the brush strokes vanish, replaced by flat looking blobs of the same even color, as apposed to having the brush effects. What do I do to save the picture and keep my brush strokes?

Answer:
I use Coral. I also take digital photographs of my art work. The trick I've learned to keeping the textures in the painting is to transfer them to .jpeg in the highest possible resolution file. In other words, you will lose both detail and texture in low rez files. The higher the rez the greater the details when reproducing the image in a .jpeg file.
