My Bamboo Tablet works on everything but for some reason not on Paint Tool Sai?..?

My Wacom bamboo tablet works on Google Chrome,Internet, Paint.NET, and etc. BUT it worked on Paint Tool Sai this morning on so on..but for some reason, on Paint Tool Sai, the pen wont work..but the area where you use your finger to click/use finger as mouse on my laptop works on Paint Tool Sai. But my pen WON'T work on Paint Tool Sai!! PLEASE HELP ME! Dx
