Where can I find a REAL motivational poster?

Where I can find this specific Pin-up girl as a poster?

I need this specific poster for one of my closest friends, I will be moving and I really want to get her something she would love. Because she adores all decor that is vintage and has more books in her duplex then a small town's library. This would be PERFECT for her. I'm not able to find any website that shows who the creator is of this particular work. I don't know if someone would be able to find the painter, because at least then I could do a more specific search for this pin-up, then maybe I could find it. Or maybe a website where I can send horrible pictures that they can clearly transpose onto a poster. Or maybe just find a website where I can find the poster. I could use any help at all. Her office has an analogous color scheme of yellow-greens, yellows, and greens. So Either of the two colors I have found the pin-up in both yellow and in green. So either of the pin-ups will work great. I just really want to get her something she loves and needs.
