Paint shop pro 8 Layers and Colour balance??

Im having trouble with my Paint shop Pro 8 and Wondering How to Make all the Layers, one layer and how do you make it look as if its not been made on paint. Like not blurry and so sharp. If you know what i mean? I think it has something to do with the colour balance but im not really sure. Please help Thanks Again Jade x

Answer:
To make all the layers merge into one, simply go up to LAYERS/MERGE/MERGE VISIBLE...now you will have just one layer. As for fine tuning your image, go to ADJUST/CLARIFY or ADJUST/BRIGHT&CONTRAST/BRIGHT&CONTRAST and play with settings. Also you can use ADJUST/Blur or Sharpen or Soften.
