Does anyone have Paint Shop Pro?

Does anyone know how to colour a certain part of a picture on Paint shop pro x?

• I recently downloaded Corel Paint Shop Pro X and have a picture i want to edit but cant figure out how to get it the way i want!...It's a black and white picture and I wanted to make my hair like a purpley pinky colour...My friend did it but im not sure how she did it!...If anyone knows could you possibly tell me please!??
