  • Why did Picasso make a good unfinished version of the weeping woman, but then changed it to cubist style? they both look good though

    maybe he didn't like the first one...or like da vinci he had so many ideas that he didn't manage 2 finish it.

It might be due to his changes in style. He may have begun the first, unfinished, one before he adopted the cubist style.

artists have a certain kind of mind, where everything they do is just not good enough.therefore they mark over what they have already done to try to make it better to themselves at the time...maybe that is the reason or maybe it isn't,i really don't know but that is how i am with art.
