it's fine so long as you're not trying to pass it off as the real thing. you learn from studying the masters. some art classes even have you painting reproductions as assignments.

It is definitely OK to do this, as long as you don't try to pass them off as originals. It can be a great way to learn and practice the techniques that the old masters used.

Yes and you can pass them just tell them there reproductions. But you can still sell them.

I think if you use their techniques or look at paintings for inspiration but really when painting you just go with what you feel..make it your own, put your passion into it..it will have so much more meaning
