How to shade in paint tool SAI?

Photoshop Smudge tool for Paint Tool Sai?

I fell in love with the smudge tool on photoshop, but I hate working with the program. I LOVE working with Paint Tool Sai, but there's no smudge tool. There was only one custom tool I found for the program that was even semi-close, and it's still way off from what I'm looking for. Is there anyone who knows where I can find a custom tool for Sai that looks the same/very similar as photoshops smudge tool? http://i.imgur.com/G3rHe.jpg <- What I'm going for is on the bottom. Tl;dr: I want a smudge tool like photoshops for Paint Tool Sai. Where can I find one?
