Idioms Painting. Where can I find it? or what is it called?

I'm looking for a painting or a picture of this thing I saw a long time ago at my moms old job(AtHomeHeathCare). It was either a painting or a picture with English idioms like "You are what you eat" which a picture of a carrot eating a carrot. and "my back is killing me" with a man who has a knife in his back. does anyone know what's it called?
