How can you make a t-shirt design?

I want learn how to make my own tshirt with my own design.can anybody teach?

    well have you done silkscreening before? this is basically where you create your own design. then find out how many colours you want to use. Say your design is a tree. you would have 2 colours - brown for the trunk and green for the leaves. You would trace 2 copies of the picture, the first one just tracing all the green parts, the 2nd tracing the brown trunk. Cut these traces into stencils, place onto shirt and paint over it - using a silk screen. heres a link for instructions - http://www.reuels.com/reuels/Silk_Screen_Printing_Instructions.html
