    yes, a designer would not use a computer, a graphic designer does, a graphic designer does things like pictures or logo's for buisnesses, a desiner will just design clothes and other non computer based things

The term 'designers' is very broad and could include people from all areas of work such as those people who design buildings, products, etc. Of course its very likely that people working in the design field may overlap into other areas of design as that is the nature of the Creative industries. The term 'Graphic Designer' simply indicates that a person has more focus on design within the field of graphics as opposed to, for example, someone who may be considered product designer. Graphics may work in a range of media whether digitally or via print, paint, etc. and might design things such as posters, logos, websites, magazines....anything that includes graphics! Sorry that's not the most clearly articulated answer ever but I think I got there! Try looking at Alexander Rodchenko, Abram Games or Trickartt for examples of people who would perhaps be considered 'Graphic Designers'
