What is a Celtic Maze?

I want to make maze but lost on what materials should i use?

• me and a large group of my friends want to plan out an activity (games) and i came up with the idea of "trapped in a maze" . but then i got confused on how would i create this maze ? like i'm so lost of getting the materials. this is just the initial idea though so if making a maze is completely out of hand, then we won't be doing it. but please help if you know someway to make it. thanks !

  Do you want to make a life-size maze? One where you can Actually, physically walk through? If yes, then you could use a few poles in the garden/ground. Around these poles, tie cloth [old bedsheets, etc.] or construction paper [or reinforced newspaper such as papier mache] such as to make pathways along which you & your friends can walk. Note - you can reduce the height of the paper/cloth so that only crawling is allowed. Alternatively, instead of covering the entire pathway sides, you can merely tie duct tape or strings/rope on the poles to create pathways. However, remember to keep the tape/rope At Eye-level, so as not to be able to see the maze ! If poles are not possible, glue duct tape to the floor or use ropes to mark out the maze pathways. Then Blindfold each player & let them crawl through the paths using their sense of touch & direction only. This method requires very little material & can be played in any fair-sized room/terrace or even outdoors in the garden/park, etc. It is quick to set up too. And to keep the randomness intact, you could make at least 3-5 Different drawings of maze & which one to set up can be chosen at random. Doing this will eliminate the element of recall & memorization. Hope this helps Have fun :-)
