Is there a good website where I can make a map of a fantasy world that I can print out?

I have a school project where I have to create a Utopia. I need to make a map for it online and print it out. It can't be a map of a real place, and it needs to look professional (Not kid-like). It also needs to be a free program and (if needed to be downloaded) compatible with a Mac OS X. It doesn't need to be big. Just a simple thing where I can place the city hall, school, houses, and all that. Thanks.

Hmmm that's pretty specific .. would it be possible to use a free paint program to draw it? GIMP perhaps? Or do you want something to generate all those things for you?
