Well..it's true that it's not easy to make up things yourself and after all, when you're still a learner you have to practice on your technique so you need to draw something you can look at. My suggestion is: forget about copying other paintings or pictures...Just get out of the house and observe the world around you! This is going to give you true inspiration and many many ideas! No matter if you live in a big crowded city or in the countryside, I'm sure you'll find plenty of different things to catch your attention! Make sure that you keep your eyes, heart &mind open and take notice of as many things as possible: the look in the eyes of a stranger in the street, a strange haircut or outfit, the yellow trees of autumn , the reflection of the light on the glass of a skyscraper or on a drop of water, a house you might like, a kid playing with his dog, a traffic jam, a nice sunset, a beach, a building under construction, a basket of strawberries...I think you get the point! Then, after you get some ideas you can draw things at home by memory or take your colours and draw outside :-) I hope this helps... Good Luck ;-)

draw from some artists and do some media experimentation ....thats what i do so you know. I actually draw from them and then add string or glue gun.

Lately I've been inspired by the simple but beautiful fireflies. Why not draw a night scene, probably somewhere in the countryside where wild grass grow, that is lighted up by dashes of sparkling fireflies? Sorry, I don't have a site with this picture, but I'm sure you'll pull through. Good luck!!

Get a mirror and try drawing a self portrait.

It is wrong to copy other peoples drawings. You can get an idea from their drawings, but not copy it. Go on deviantart and ssearch a random word and get ideas!
