How To Draw Anime?

How can I draw more interesting anime poses? Pleaseeeeee help me?

  • Ok so I am decent at drawing. But all I ever seem to do are boring, forward facing portraits of anime people. Is it a good idea to find photographs of real people in different poses and try and turn them into anime instead? I really wanna draw my friend an impressive picture, and the same old drawings I usually do won't be able to impress! If you know of any good online anatomy drawing guides then please show me. And if you know of where on the Internet I can find pictures of people in interesting poses (no not like that, you sicko!), or simply just sitting down, please show me. And don't say Google because I have been looking and nothing really helps =/ Also, another little question ~ Since starting to draw anime I feel like I've lost my old style. Should I continue drawing anime or try and recapture my old style? (In your opinion)

draw them like in stories.. comics... give them action. like sword fighting throwing something running, jumping, dieing shooting each other with guns when you put your drawing in action, it's what make it look good.
